Rodney and his crew did a great job and within a tight timeline! RLS did the roof and new siding on my house. The bid was reasonable, Rodney worked directly with my insurance company. Mario and the work crew were there everyday on time and worked hard all day every day. They were respectful of my me and property and considerate too cleaning up each day. I highly recommend!

RLS is a family owned business you can trust with your most precious asset. Rodney and his team did our roof, brick repair, and some interior dry wall and painting work. Our roof was steep, and not easy to deal with. They made wood siding repairs around rot they found. Everything is of the highest quality; the detail work on the flashing in particular is great. They were present and attentive (I think his son Ryan was here every day). They pay attention to detail, and treated us more than fairly. I will be talking with Rodney and Ryan about getting our house painted next summer, and any other projects we come up with in this old house we love!

Recently RLS. Construction installed a new roof, skylights and siding on our home. They worked very closely with the insurance company and thankfully handled that aspect for us! The quality of their work was great. We would highly recommend them for help with your home improvements!

RLS by far is the best!! Not like the bigger box companies, RLS takes pride in what they do. On a recommendation from my neighbor I called them after calling several other companies who were either too busy to come out (three week wait time for one) or just did not return my calls at all. Called Ryan, and his dad, Rodney, was out within a day. The workers knew their work and the job foreman Tony was great. They even took down some old exhaust pipes and chimney box, replacing wih better looking vent covers. Everything was great!!! Highly recommend

We contacted Ryan, with RLS, about a roof replacement. He came out to give us a free estimate the following day. After his inspection, he determined we had storm damage and advised us to contact our insurance, he even assisted us with the call to put our claim in! When our insurance adjuster came out, Ryan met him at our home and they walked the roof together. Our adjuster agreed with the storm damage and Ryan helped us to get a total replacement covered by our insurance. Ryan had his crew here by the end of the week, in order to get our roof replaced just in time for our home to hit the market and have our first showing. The crew did an excellent job with debris clean up and the new roof looks beautiful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND RLS CONSTRUCTION!!

I needed some siding repairs done before closing on my house that required someone who could deal with a steep-ish roof. RLS Construction was reliable and responsive and the work got done beautifully. It was a little pricey but I had a short timeframe and was glad to have the work done well. I especially appreciated their great communication. They were able to get the work done earlier than planned and sent me pictures of the completed work. I’d highly recommend them.

Good guys to work with. Had a new roof gutters and some new soffits installed. Very talented tradesman working for them. Ryan even met with my insurance adjuster and got my roof replaced from wind damage.

We had two room additions done by RLS. The first in 2008 (expanded our family room by 150 sq ft.) and another in 2017 (added a master bedroom, bath, and laundry – 500 sq ft.). Both have been great successes and experiences. We have been impressed with the quality of the projects and Rodney’s attention to detail. RLS came to the rescue for a leaky roof. Came right over and looked at the area that was leaking. Gave a quote with everything broken down. No surprises. Price was very competitive and fair. Work was done in a timely professional manner. Could not have been happier with the whole experience.
